How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend trying our sample sizes first.
Are Sassy Scents products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We take pride in ensuring that all our fragrances and ingredients are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our reach to more countries in the near future.
What should I do if my bottle arrives damaged?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
