Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Scents
Carefully place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent any breakage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
